Lady Hill Winery has the facilities, experience and capacity to take your wine business vision from vine to wine!
Our custom crush facilities make it easy for you to participate as much or as little as you want in all commercial wine production activities from sorting, punchdowns, and pressing, to private blending sessions with our talented winemaking team, including climate controlled storage.
The winery utilizes some of the most state-of-the-art winemaking equipment available on the market, including vibrating destemmer and sorting line for zero MOG double sorting and bladder presses ranging from 1.5 to 20 ton capacity.
Lady Hill maintains multiple temperature controlled barrel rooms, an in-house lab for wine analysis and wine fermenters ranging from 1.5 to 4 ton capacity. From the smallest lots of red wine to large 5000 gallon blending tanks for making large lot white wines, our custom crush infrastructure allows for us to care for and manage your investment in a manner best suited for your winemaking style. We will also support your compliance needs on wine made at Lady Hill.
We provide wine entrepreneurs of every size and scope with a wide range of custom crush, bulk storage, and barrel storage, plus we can facilitate filtration and bottling services. These on-premise assets allow the Lady Hill team to maintain precise control over the winemaking process and enable our clients to create the highest quality of wines possible.
